This conference proceeding provides general details about two low-cost methods that are fundamental to usability analysis: heuristic analysis and think-aloud interviews. We present the results of the usability analysis of three academic library websites. The findings indicate that consistency within the academic library website should be of primary concern when designing new academic library websites
